I am Pietro Arlati, a personal chef in love with food, with a family cooking tradition and strong organization skills.

Starting from this background, I turned a passion into the work of my life, not before a proper training in some of the most renowned cooking schools of Milan, which allowed me to enrich my bases and above all my techniques.

I am able to work on very different formats: from a romantic tête-à-tête to a buffet for 80 guests, from a cooking lesson to a team building, I always try to guarantee the same level, taking care of any detail for the success of each event.
